Pastor Jordan & Kim Alexander
Pastor Jordan and Kim joined the staff at Faith Baptist Church in 2017. Jordan had the privilege of joining the Faith youth group in the last few months of his senior year of high school. Since 2010 he has had the privilege of serving the youth at Faith. Kim has joyfully jumped in since 2015 as a integral part of the ladies' ministry. What a joy it is to assist parents in raising their children to know, love, and serve God.
Jordan grew up in the country of Brasil as a missionary, serving alongside his parents. What a joy it was to come to know the Lord at the age of 5, being led to the throne of forgiveness, grace, and mercy by his mother. As a young teenager, Jordan caught a vision for investing in teens and he has been working with youth ever since.
Jordan received his B.S. in Bible and is currently working toward his Master of Divinity. He is also pursuing the ACBC Counseling Certification. Jordan loves spending time with those who need encouragement, and he is thankful for the privilege of presenting God's Word to the teens of Faith Baptist Church. When he's not attending youth rallies or preparing sermons, Jordan loves working with his hands and exploring the great outdoors with his wife, Kimberly.
Kim lived in several places as a young child, but her family landed in Charlotte, NC when she was going into the 2nd grade. You can count on her being faithful to family. Kim does not lack in the department of giggles. She, like Jordan, felt God's call to full time service. She received a B.S. in Elementary Education, hoping to use it for the Lord. Once she graduated in 2014, the Lord called her to work with children at a daycare, then work for 2 years at Hidden Treasure Christian School as the Readiness teacher. She is now a stay-at-home mom as she helps raise our daughters Jenna and Everly!
