When looking at Scripture, we find that prayer is often mentioned. Yet we are faced with many questions of the purpose, practice, and power of a prayer life.

"If God already knows everything, why should I pray? If God wants to hear from me, how does He respond to my prayer? Is the God of heaven a magic genie that just gives me what I want?"
